Ms. Templeton is a civil litigator with a business litigation practice focused primarily in the areas of contractual disputes, tortious claims, and employment matters. Ms. Templeton began her legal career as a paralegal both at a large defense firm and in-house at technology and energy companies. During law school Ms. Templeton served as co-president to the Women’s Law Association and participated in her law school’s rigorous advocacy program. She was awarded the CALI Award for First Amendment Law and acknowledged for her Public Interest service.
In 2018, Ms. Templeton served as a Federal Magistrate judicial extern to the Honorable Maria-Elena James. Following law school, Ms. Templeton worked for a prominent civil rights and criminal defense attorney in the Bay Area.
As a native San Diegan, Ms. Templeton enjoys paddleboarding in Mission Bay and playing tennis at Morley Field.
