Mr. Lange’s practice is primarily in civil litigation and trust and estate litigation. While in law school, William was a judicial extern for the Hon. Jill L. Burkhardt of the U.S. District Court, Southern District of California and later a certified legal intern for the San Diego County District Attorney. Following law school, William became an experienced estate planner, offering clients strategic planning that protected their assets. It is this experience that William combined with his passion for litigation to develop a niche in trust and estate litigation at CHPL.
William’s passion for the courtroom was proven as team captain of his law school mock trial tournament team and select membership in the University of San Diego Law School Order of the Barristers, for his exceptional written and oral advocacy. William won the Michael T. Thorsnes award for most outstanding trial advocate. The foundation of William’s command of the courtroom is his commitment to peace of mind and attentive communication skills.
Mr. Lange spends his free time coaching the University of San Diego Law School mock trial competition team and judging mock trial events in and around San Diego County. He also offers private LSAT tutoring. When he isn’t teaching, you will find William golfing, traveling, and watching Duke basketball games.
