Joseph M Radochonski

Mr. Radochonski is a civil litigator who is experienced in representing clients in a wide variety of matters, including personal injury, negligence, contract disputes, and appeals. Mr. Radochonski gained experience representing public entities against inverse condemnation and civil rights actions, along with representing doctors and hospitals in medical malpractice and elder abuse claims. Mr. Radochonski now focuses on representation of local businesses and corporations in litigation ranging from contract disputes to fraud and tort.  Through his experience, Mr. Radochonski brings a calm and measured approach to litigation to ensure his clients receive the best possible resolution.

Mr. Radochonski received his B.A. in philosophy, summa cum laude, from Benedictine University, where he presented multiple papers through the Association of Core Texts and Courses. From there, he was awarded a full tuition scholarship to attend the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law. While in law school, Mr. Radochonski participated in multiple clinics, including the Ninth Circuit Appellate Representation Clinic, Civil Rights Restoration Clinic, and Public Defender Clinic. Mr. Radochonski was also a law clerk with the Federal Public Defender, Habeas Corpus Unit, published in the Correctional Law Reporter, and participated in Moot Court.

In his free time, Mr. Radochonski enjoys hiking and swimming, and is also an avid pickleball player.
