Caldarelli Hejmanowski & Page LLP announced that attorney Jack Leer has joined the firm as a partner. Leer joins the firm after thirteen years at Seltzer Caplan McMahon Vitek, where he was a partner in the litigation department. His area of practice encompasses a wide range of commercial and business litigation, including real estate and construction disputes. “We are very excited to have Jack join the firm and fortunate to have him as our newest partner,” says founding partner Bill Caldarelli. “Jack enhances the depth and expertise of our business and real estate litigation and trial practice, and his addition creates synergistic opportunities for growth and expanded client service.  We look forward to great things to come.” Leer represents clients in a broad range of commercial and business litigation, including real estate and construction disputes, partnership and corporate management matters, and intellectual property litigation. In addition to his litigation practice, Leer brings with him a growing practice representing craft brewers in all aspects of the craft beer business, from financing and real estate matters to trademark litigation. He recently concluded a term as chair of the San Diego County Bar Association’s Legal Ethics Committee, and currently serves as Secretary of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers. Leer is listed in The Best Lawyers in America for Commercial Litigation.
